Michelle comes to Purple Cow Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager. She brings with her over 10 years of knowledge of the Industry and Legislation. Michelle has grown up and lived all of her life in Ipswich and surrounding areas. She has watched the areas grow and expand over this time.
Michelle brings her bubbly caring personality, energy, and great communication skills together with her thorough attention to detail to Purple Cow. She is looking forward to being able to share her knowledge with our Landlords, Tenants, and Team. She is friendly and approachable and believes that excellent relationships are a key to successful working relationships. Her positive ‘can do’ attitude coupled with her knowledge of property management and tenancy laws makes working with her a delight. With solid achievement in property management and liaising between owners and tenants Michelle is insightful and proactive and welcomes being able to resolve issues to offer our landlords assurance that their property is in good hands.
